Bioinformatique
La bioinformatique utilise des méthodes computationnelles pour analyser, stocker et interpréter les données biologiques, et constitue un domaine interdisciplinaire à l'intersection de la biologie et de l'informatique. Les sujets centraux incluent l'alignement de séquences et l'assemblage de génomes, la prédiction de structure des protéines, l'analyse de l'expression génique, la modélisation en biologie des systèmes, l'analyse des données de séquençage à cellule unique et la génomique évolutive.
