Topologie
La topologie étudie les propriétés des espaces conservées sous déformations continues, et constitue l'un des champs fondamentaux des mathématiques modernes. Les principales branches incluent la topologie générale, la topologie algébrique, la topologie différentielle et la topologie géométrique. La topologie algébrique utilise des outils algébriques tels que les groupes et l'homologie pour caractériser la forme des espaces, la topologie différentielle étudie la structure des variétés différentiables, et la topologie géométrique se concentre sur la classification et les propriétés des variétés de basse dimension. La topologie croise profondément la géométrie algébrique, la géométrie différentielle et la physique mathématique, avec de larges applications en science des données, robotique et apprentissage automatique.
