Research mechanisms of renal tissue changes, stones, and cysts

Renal tissue changes, biomechanical responses of stones, and cyst progression are three highly cohesive research directions in nephrology, all centered on pathological remodeling of renal tissue and structure. Renal tissue changes provide the common pathological background; stones emphasize physical-biological coupling (crystal kinetics and tissue interaction); cysts emphasize biological-genetic mechanisms (such as ADPKD PKD1/PKD2 signaling pathways). This goal requires mastery of renal pathology, biomechanics, and cell/genetics foundations, with depth in one of the three directions.

目标分解 — 达成此目标需要的能力

1

Renal pathology analysis

Master pathological changes of glomeruli and tubulointerstitium, morphological evolution of acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease, and pathological mechanisms of immune-mediated kidney diseases

2

Stone biomechanics modeling
